Existence of photos that violate copyrights or regulations. The author has made a best effort to not violate copyrights and regulations in taking pictures. In cases where a violation is found (including, but not limited to, photos of copyright material), the author duly apologizes and is willing to remove the photo upon receipt from an individual associated with the property, a citation of the violation.
